      Horrible service, and the workers who work the routes break bins and leave trash and recycling in the street. And the workers are rude. After the route workers broke the hinges on my recycling bin, I called Bates to ask for the lid to be replaced. They said someone would be out in 1-2 weeks. After 4 weeks, no one ever came out and I called again for the request. They said that I needed to send pictures of the broken lid and that I can respond to their email request. But I never got the email request from them so that I could send pictures.This business should be out of business.

      This is a horrible company to work for!!! My son work for them and they refused to pay him his money after working over 40 hours in one week. The *************** told him he only worked three days and only paid him for that. My son worked 2 10 hours days, 1-14 hour day, 1-12day and 1-8 hour day thats not adding up and its not fair. This is my son first job I wonder if theyre doing this because hes young. Either way its not fair at all.

      These guys constantly block my vehicle in my driveway with my neighbors trash can despite being verbally asked not to do so on several occasions.
