    Received service from this business through my 2-10 ********************* on 07/18/24 for an issue with my washer. The contractor came out, initially stated that I needed a new drain pump but then stated that he fixed the issue. I was told that any issues in the next 30 days, to reach out and they would replace the drain pump. I was also basically begged to put in a positive review which I complied because at the time I THOUGHT my issue was fixed. Not even 20 minutes after the contractor left, I tried to wash a load of clothes and discovered that the same issue was occurring. I called them back, was told that a new drain pump would be ordered and they would contact us for scheduling for the repair. On 07/30, I called the contractor for status and was told the part would arrive the morning of 7/31. On 7/31 we called and was told the part came in and was set up for an appointment for 8/1 for 11am-3pm.We were told a representative would call when they were on the way. No one called or showed so we called at 4pm. The contractor stated that they called us and no one answered which was a lie. They rescheduled for today 8/2. At 11am I proceed to call the contractor where it appears my husband and I are blocked as the number goes to voicemail. I called their 800 number and got an answer and was disconnected when I introduced myself. I called my warranty department who advised that the contractor stated they replaced my drain pump at the prior service appointment and now there is a recall that they put in today (8/2) Received a call after speaking with 2-10 from the company who then proceeds to advise that the part never came in and that they will come out tomorrow after 2 previous scheduled appointments and claiming the part came in on 7/31. ****** shows numerous complaints of the same nature with this company and it appears to be a complete scam ring.
