    My *********** attended a show at the Vanish Hall on Saturday 4/27/24 to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary. Before purchasing my tickets, I called & spoke with ***** ****** who advised me of how the VIP tickets work. Sadly, when we got there we were told by the "VIP waitress in charge" that all of the seats at the VIP tables were filled & we should have gotten there early. I asked her for the menu to order food & was advised only VIP tables were able to get a menu. I was absolutely furious not only because the tables were filled, but that absolute nasty disrespect that we received from the "VIP Waitress",My husband & made the best our of time there but ended leaving @ 10:15pm. The event was over at midnight. I called less than 24hrs later & spoke with the "Chief of Operations" ***** ****** & received more disrespect, disregard, & passive aggressiveness. Instead of apologizing for the ill-manner behavior we received, he advised he can't control the people that work for him. He advised that we ordered the steak & had the steak but now we want a refund which he won't do. I advised him we paid for the steak but didn't get what we paid for & that's the problem. He than very nastily says I'm not going back & forth with you, I'll send you $25 out of my own pocket via ZELLE. He sent the $25 & added a note that stated "Issued Refund to avoid any further hassles" & added my personal number in the note for the public to see. The fact that he's a Chief Of *************** felt the need to disrespect us more after paying for a VIP package that we didn't receive is absolutely absurd. I'm seeking the total amount minus the $25 he sent via ZELLE.
