    Mr. ********************** and his wife scammed me. I thought I was hiring him to level/replace floors, install new cabinets, backsplash and countertop. I went to Dick's cabinets in ************, ** in January to pick out floors, cabinets, countertops and backsplash with Mr. ********************** and his wife. Mr. ********************** told me it would be a 10 day project and started it on Feb. 6th. I have repeatedly requested updates from Mr. ********************** that he has failed to provide. My work takes me away from home frequently. Mr. ********************** has still not finished the work and is requesting payment. I have inquired why my floor wasn't leveled, why the backsplash isnt installed and when to expect glass for the cabinet doors. I have repeatedly requested an itemized invoice. During a phase of the project, mold was found. Mr. ********************** covered the area with vinegar, as stated in his text messages to me, and is now claiming to have used mold remediation chemicals in order to inflate the price. Mr. ********************** has left my house unsecured and a key on the porch since February. Theres been trash and construction debris piled at both of the entries to my house that makes great bedding for rodents. I am requesting completion of the work, as I requested it, as soon as possible, an itemized invoice and his reasoning for not doing what I asked. Also, while in my house, Mr. ********************** turned my security manipulated the positioning of my security cameras and Id like to know why and/or what he was doing inside my house that he didnt want videoed. I felt I had to have some security inside since he was leaving the key on the porch for anyone to use.

    Contractor continues to disregard customer's request for invoice.  Total cost of project continues to change.  Project still not complete.  Contractor is not acting reasonably, fairly or professionally.
