      This company screwed up my dog's cremation. I was given the option to waive a signature confirmation of the shipping of my dogs ashes. I filled out the form and was told it was all set. well it was not shipped without the mandatory signature confirmation. When I inquired about it I was told "someone new" was working on it. So someone new is working on shipping and possibly cremations and no one was checking their work? did no one train them to review paperwork? I am extremely worried that if something as simple as reviewing the shipping paperwork can be screwed up that the cremation process was screwed up as well. these people should not be allowed to work with pets until they can provide proof that they have protocols in place to not allow "new" people to handle something this important until they are trained properly. And they should have a second ****** reviewing orders before they go out. it's so simple. completely lazy to not have basic QA. For the rest of my life I have to look at my dogs ashes and wonder if they are actually his. this is too important to leave to amateurs like this.

      Hi, I may be just looking in the wrong place. but I filed a complaint against this business and they didnt respond. you subsequently closed the case. totally fine. I dont see in their bbb profile anything showing my complaint and it being closed without response? am I missing something? it just shows one other closed complaint thats not mine. I have plenty of documentation showing I did business with them if they came back and claimed they dont know who I am

      I brought my rabbit to ***** for cremation services. They provided NO cost information. I have used their services prior and the cost to cremate a rabbit was approximately $200. They apparently just changed their previous policies with no notice to other clientele. In fact, there was a woman picking up the remains of her rabbit while I was drooping off mine. They told me that they JUST changed the policy. Provided no information as to the costs and told me to expect an email from Agape, the crematory services. I get the email after I return home. I open up the costs and They doubled the price to $400. My friend who had their 80 lb dog was cremated the week prior, for $300. This is price gouging, and they are taking advantage of people in their time of sorrow. The office manager, Kathy *******, called on Monday at approximately 6:29 pm to argue and tell me that she didn’t care. Instead of allowing me to speak, she continuously interrupted me and attempted to create an argument. She then said I don’t want to hear anymore, and we terminate the client/customer relationship. I had 3 witnesses to this conversation, ****** ******* ********* ******* *** *********** ***. At NO time was I aggressive, No profanity and I was not disrespectful. It was her trying to continuously interrupt me while I was in the middle of speaking.
