    Im extremely disappointed with Jamestown Home Blinds. They installed shutters in my home over a year ago, and several panels were damaged or defective from day one. Since then, Ive been stuck in an endless loop of phone calls with their customer service teamwith no resolution.Despite repeated promises that the issue would be escalated or scheduled for a fix, nothing has happened. Its incredibly frustrating to have spent good money on a product that arrived broken and to be met with poor follow-through for over 12 months.This experience has been a major letdown, and I would not recommend Jamestown Home Blinds to anyone looking for reliable service or quality workmanship. At this point, I just want the issue fixedor at the very least, acknowledged with real action.

    I ordered window treatments from this company twice. The first time I wasn't notified when the products arrived from the manufacturer to the company. The second time I placed an order with this company, my appointments for measurements were canceled several times. It is unfortunate that customers don't receive the type of professionalism and quality service they are entitled to receive from this company.

    Jamestown Blinds markets itself as the premier custom window treatment company in the greater metropolitan region, but my experience has been anything but premier. Despite spending over $10,000 on a sizable order, two of our window measurements were done incorrectlyan error that prevented the installer from completing the job.Its now been several weeks, with repeated delays and multiple scheduling issues, and we still do not have the blinds we paid for. While the installer acknowledged the companys mistake and assured us the correction would be expedited, that promise has not been honored.When I reached out to Ms. ** I was met with nothing but excuses and a vague Im sorry with zero effort to actually accommodate or resolve the issue in a timely or professional manner. This has been deeply frustrating and disappointing, especially from a company that proudly promotes itself as 100% Black-owned and supposedly client-focused.Sadly, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I strongly advise against using Jamestown Blinds unless you are prepared for poor communication, broken promises, and unprofessional follow-through.

    Great Company I used to actually work for a blind manufacturer a few years back. And when I had Jamestown Blinds come to my house and they pulled out their product . I was astonished by the quality it was the best I ever seen!! And its a Black owned company i immediately was giving them my support. The customer service was great. And the installation team was fantastic. This company is hands down the best blinds company in the state. And thats coming from a Pro

    Outstanding job!! The quality of my motorized shades are fantastic. My whole family loves them. We can control them with our ***** by voice and the remote they provided. Great price , install team was amazing and customer service was superb. We asked that they be installed before my big Juneteenth party and they got it done.
