    Horrible management. My truck had bird poop from top down past door handle. I asked for extra $18 spray wax. When motioned that my truck was ready, I come out to see same bird poop and my rims now have black smudges on them which wasn't there went i got there as i had just put air in my front 2 tires at the Wawa 2 minutes up the street. How is it possible to wipe down and even wax a vehicle that still is clearly dirty with multiple people supposedly wiping it down and waxing it by hand????? I asked for a manager and the young man went to a guy in the bay that said he was too busy to talk to me which was clearly a slap in my face as I have been patronizing this establishment since it opened along with my Dad, brother and son. I went inside and asked for a manager and a young man went upstairs only to come back and go outside to get another guy that was wiping down cars. This guy tells me there is nothing he could do about my rims but took my truck through again and now my truck had an actual shine and rims clean. I asked what he used on rims and he said "wet rag and elbow grease" but remember he said it was nothing they could do. I left my name and number to be contacted 2 weeks ago and nothing. I left a review and got a call and ask for manager genetic response but when I did I was told the manager doesn't take calls but I had to send a email "the right way" by another so called manager??? Do the managers actually manage??? Because I also asked this guy for help on the day of and he never said HE was also a manager???? Just ridiculous that this establishment is left to run by kids!!! Very disappointed to say the least...I pay monthly, get spray waxes twice a month and tip $5 every wash and this is how I'm treated when clearly you dropped the ball. Still waiting on a response....don't even deserve the one star...

    Very unsafe place to take your vehicle. They loose items with no response from the managers.
