      The customer was requested to provide an estimate for clean up at my niece's residence. I agree to pay the fee for the estimate based on an estimate for clean up on a current backup of the sewage. A detailed estimate was provided for areas that water had not touched, such as ceilings and walls. They refused to do the cleanup and provided dishonest information about removing walls and baseboards, spraying walls, and spraying ceilings. I requested a statement regarding pre-existing conditions not related to the current incident. They promised to provide the information requested, and then refused. I requested a refund of my $250 because they did not support the estimate I had requested. They are dishonest and greedy and use the visit for the estimate to rack up an estimate of approximately $5K.
