      On May 24, 2025, I paid $5,000 via Zelle to ****** *****, owner of 1 Deep Financial Management LLC, based on his promise to complete a credit repair course that would remove negative items from my credit report using legal consumer law strategies.I clarified with Mr. ***** would this be using fake identity theft claims he explained it wouldnt be . After I made the payment and the course was all about fake identity theft claims and how he has done this illegal practice for years so I didnt deserve a refund I decided I had no other options but to reach out to you .After the payment was made, I received no documentation, no progress updates, and no legal completed service. Attempts to follow up were ignored. All communication stopped shortly after payment.I was never provided a written agreement or contract, and the service as advertised was not performed. I believe this was a misrepresentation of services, aswell as illegal practices using fake identity theft claims to fix credit . and I am requesting a full refund of $5,000.I have documentation including: Zelle payment confirmation Screenshots of our communication Proof that no legal service was deliveredI am currently pursuing legal action but would prefer to resolve this dispute amicably. I request that the BBB help facilitate a resolution.

      I hope this message finds you well. My name is ****** *****, CEO of *************************** Im reaching out to address and clarify the recent complaint filed by Mr. ****** *************
      First and foremost, I want to acknowledge Mr. ************* dissatisfaction and assure you that weve taken his concerns seriously. That said, I want to be very clear: 1 Deep Financial Management LLC operates strictly as a consultant, not as a credit repair organization.
      Mr. ************ inquired about our services with the understanding that he would be receiving educational support only. Specifically, our program was designed to provide him with:
      eBooks for self-guided learning
      Mentorship and consulting around financial literacy
      Educational content on how credit works and how to legally dispute errors on his own
      At no point were we offering or performing credit repair services on his behalf. We do not dispute items, alter credit files, or engage in any activity that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act. Our role is purely educational and advisory.
      Additionally, I want to note that my partner had a Zoom call with Mr. ************* during which our process was explained thoroughly, and he agreed to move forward based on that understanding. During the Zoom, my partner ***** also asked Mr. ************ if he would like to record the meeting, and Mr. ************ declined.
      I also want to clarify that Mr. ************* stated reason for submitting the complaint was in pursuit of a refund. He informed me directly that if the refund was not issued within 48 hours, he would escalate the situation. In good faith and with customer satisfaction in mind, we processed the full refund promptly, which is attached for your documentation.
      Lastly, I want to address the delay in communication directly with Mr. ************* My response to him was delayed due to the recent passing of my grandfather. This personal matter impacted my availability, and I appreciate your understanding of the situation.
