    I paid 50% deposit for some concrete work to be done on my property. Despite paying the requested deposit, the company did not reach out to me to schedule and complete the work. I have called and emailed this company on numerous occasions on status and have been ignored. I am attempting recoup the $225 deposit. I no longer want to work with this company and will ensure I notify Yelp and other sites on their unacceptable business practices.

    This was a confusion with the owner of the property, he contacted us to make some repairs to his house where his tenants currently live.

    Ishmael is currently out of the country and it is difficult to have constant communication because he is only available to respond to messages through Yelp.

     

    The work was completed two weeks ago and yesterday I was able to contact ******* to notify that the work was completed and that his tenants were satisfied with the work done, I also asked him to make the final payment of $225 dollar. 

     

    Last night, ****************** answered my message and sent the pending payment and I sent him his payment receipt. please see attached pictures as proof.
