    Beware this company. I called them to come service my AC. The guy was rude to me on the phone, plain and simple. I left a review on ****** saying that, which his son called to try to apologize for. They called me numerous times. He then proceeded to respond to l review I left posting my personal information. This is a ***** person who is trying to bully me for leaving a simple review based on their poor professionalism. I have told them before that businesses operating in the state of ******** can be reported for such behavior to be *********************************** for revealing PII. Let this stand as a record and notice. I will not be bullied. And if this is how theyre out here treating the public, there needs to be a record of it.

    This person called seeking *********** Before we schedule any appointments we try to find out as much as possible about the type of issues the customer is having .She stated that her system is one year old. I ask why she is not calling the company who installed the system as it is most likely to be under warranty with them. She stated that the company only do installs but they don't do repairs. I informed her that in my almost 40 years in this industry I have never seen a company who wont repair a system they install which is only one year old. I informed her that because of the warranty issues I don't want to get involve .She them hang up Five minutes later I got a notice that my company have received a new review. When I check I saw that she left a one star review saying that I was rude. No such thing. I had her in my caller ID so I tried to call her to try and resolve the situation. She wouldn't talk to me. A member of my staff tried, same result. I then proceed to reply to the review using her name that was in my phone..I hope you find a company to do your repairs and next time maybe you should do a little more home work before you hire a contractor.

    We called this company based on the reviews and personal referral. There work is thorough but their professionalism and punctuality is subpar. They called and stated they would be out to fix the unit between 12pm - 2pm. The originally window was 12pm - 4pm, but called and stated it would be shortened. I informed the tenant and they made sure they were there and rearranged their work schedule. We contacted A One Heating Air Conditioning at 3:32pm (as shown in the photo) and they said they were on their way. They showed up after 4:30pm. (outside of the 2 and 4 hour window). No apologies or consideration for our time. I also provided them with the proper billing information prior to the job. The company starts calling at 8pm in the evening (missed that because I was with my family) and again at 7am the next day (holiday) demanding to be paid. When I answer that morning, I am met with a hostile voice on the other line demanding to be paid. When I say I haven't received an invoice, they state they sent it already and asked me to check my spam. I did check my inbox and spam, and confirmed once again I didn't receive the payment link/invoice. I asked them to text me the invoice since they were having issues and text is how I had sent the email twice (picture attached). After several minutes of being berated and being told I wasn't trying to pay me bill while I continue to resend the same email via text several times to the same number, they finally realized they were sending it to the wrong place. Again, no apology for their conduct. Instead of harassing me, they should have checked what I sent prior to the calls so I could make the payment immediately. Like most vocational companies, the customer service and professionalism are never not tier. I wish they had as much urgency in being punctual as they did with requesting payment.
