    On 11/3/21, ONTHEGO PEST CONTROL came to the service location of ********************, Baltimore, MD ******** to treat termites throughout the building and rats in the back storage room. I paid $1200 for the service and was provided with a 2-year warranty. On August 30, 2022, I contacted ONTHEGO PEST CONTROL for termite damage that was located on the second floor of the building. Someone from ONTHEGO PEST CONTROL came out on September 1, 2022, but they said they were not prepared for the job size. They did not contact me for the follow-up visit. I contacted them again, and we scheduled an appointment for September 6, 2022, but they did to show up. It became more challenging to reach them (multiple calls with no answer), and when we did speak again they wanted to charge me a service fee for the appointment. I mentioned the job was under warranty and we scheduled another meeting for September 24, 2022. I asked if they were going to show up since I had to travel an hour for the appointment and they said that would show up. However, no one showed up on September 24, 2022.The rat problem appeared to be resolved. However, the termite problem was not rectified. The amount of time spent attempting to communicate with ONTHEGO PEST CONTROL and missed appointments was unprofessional and costly. I am requesting a partial refund due to the job not being completed, and the amount of time and gas spent traveling back and forth for missed appointments.
