    I bought a used engine from them with a 90 day warranty I thought they where going to install the engine at their shop They said one week to install it. After they deliverd the engine to their personal mechanic instead of the one I requested it took one and a half months to install it When I called the mechanic I was told that the engine was no good and they sent it back for another engine I immediately called brandywine back because I paid 2500 For a engine with 160000 miles He informed me this new engine had over 200000 miles I asked for some of the my money back because it was a older more used engine they refused after changing engines without even telling me Fast forward the engine lasted a month The mechanic told me he couldn't see my car because he was overbooked When he finally did a month and a half later he informed me the engine was no good I called brandywine and they told me my warranty Started when I bought the engine and they were not going to help even tho they switched the engine without my permission They then told me they don't cover the mechanic they sent the engine to only brandywine mechanic I told them I requested brandywine mech But they sent the engine to ****** **** ** ****** informed me they practice deceptive tactic and they told him not to talk to me anymore even though he had my truck at this time He still did they basically delayed me till the warranty was gone and now trying to lye about switching the engine and sending it to their mechanic to avoid liability But the mechanic said he will corroborate that the brought another engine when he sent that one back I asked where did they get the engine from since they said they only had one tested engine for my suburban available And they told me they brought in another A different truck I took a loan out to buy this motor now I can't even scrap the car because it's a lien on it I feel like nothing short of a refund is in order and wanted to report these deceptive business practices by not only brandywine but there salesmen ***** also In which the mechanic told me that they always scam like this And the reviews on ****** confirm it they need to be punished to stop them from preying on ppl who don't know how to navigate car parts buying It was outright predatory and well practiced Scamming
