      This was a hair stylist I scheduled for my wedding on June 1 - here is some information I emailed her around the issues of the day, after the day-of we could not get in touch with her to get an updated timeline. I have e-mailed her multiple times to try to resolve this separately and only received one response that did not address the issues. I have attached our most recent email communication and invoice, happy to provide the previous ************: Despite your claim that you did not receive the schedule that my planner sent over requesting you to show up at 9:30am, the last time that I had confirmed via email confirmed you would arrive by 12:30pm to do 6 peoples' hair. You emailed the week of the wedding (an email I never saw due to it filing in my spam folder and never receiving additional communication confirming I reviewed), reducing 40 minutes off the total hair services time for reasons unknown. You mentioned you would arrive at 1:10pm, giving you approximately 2 hours to do 6 peoples' hair, and I'm not sure why you cut off 40 minutes of service time the week of the wedding.Even with the most recent email from you on the Tuesday before the wedding claiming to arrive by 1:10pm, you still did not appear until 1:45pm. We have proof of when exactly you arrived. With your arrival time, you would have had a little over 1 hour to do 6 peoples' hair, close to ***** minutes maximum per hairstyle. You arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes after our last confirmed communication on timing, you arrived 35 minutes later than the last email you sent without my confirmation the week of the wedding, and you only performed 2 hairstyles and helped 1 person finish theirs (all of the hair fell by the wedding time). You continued to charge the invoice for 6 hairstyles even though you did not perform them. I'm happy to forward all relevant emails I've referenced.I am expecting to be refunded for the services not performed (bridal hair and 3 additional hairstyles).
