      Do not buy from this store. Furnishing a new home using several furniture stores. All were good except Ashley. They delivered the wrong kitchen table. It doesn’t even fit in my kitchen. They will not take it back. They will not return my phone calls. Driver made it seem so simple. Just call the store and they will pick up the incorrect table and bring the correct one in a matter of days. Stupid me believed him. I called my credit card company and hopefully they can get me so results. Hope I can save someone else from dealing with Ashley.

      I want to warn the customers. You may got stuck with them on the same situation like us. Were upgrading new bed for my kid end up he is sleeping on the flood. We bought a wooden queen size bed set included a headboard and rails also a queen mattress and box spring. The quality of furniture at the showroom it was great. However, when the furniture got delivered on 4/12/25. We all smell a strong chemical releasing from the furniture, that you cant sleep on it, the odor makes us feel nauseate. I went to the store where order was placed, they suggested let it sit for a few days, weeks passed now. As the weather gets hotter, the odor even stronger than before, so I contacted the store and then connected to customer service, they sent a third-party inspector came on 6/6 to inspected and agreed to the result. They told me should hear something in 3 days, nothing happened since. I tried to call customer service line multiple times to follow up, they wont provide me a solution, just told me to wait for managers decision without time any frame, my child has no room to sleep since. Very disappointed.

      We had purchased **** and love seat from this store. After having it delivered noticed seating part was lower than the sofa. So I thought maybe it was the because it has the console in the center. As time went on I realized there were chips of wood under my loveseat and seat was going lower more. So I had gone into the store to purchase something else and said something. They told me to contact the parts department. Which I did and have been give a run around since January 2025. The store manager told us he would take care of it but that wasn't done. I was told by the store manager due to us canceling our bedroom set they might fix the couch. I got so upset that he even said that. They tried to blame us breaking the loveseat. Which made me more upset. Parts department told us they have ordered the part to fix it and it would be in our mid May. I called them and now end of June. This has been a night mare. Consumers be aware.

      It saddens me to write this review, but I feel it is necessary to share my experience to help others avoid the same situation.I recently purchased a mattress from this store, and during the sales process, the manager assured my partner and me that we would have a 30-day trial period starting from the day of delivery. To my dismay, I later learned from corporate that there is actually no such trial period.Two weeks into what we believed was our trial, we realized that this mattress simply wasn't the right fit for us. When I reached out to the store for assistance, I was directed to speak with corporate. They confirmed that mattresses are non-returnable and that there is no 30-day trial period, leaving me feeling trapped with a $5,000 bill for a mattress that we do not want or need.I urge potential customers to be cautious when doing business here. Make sure to verify all the details provided to you before making any purchases or signing up for their in-store credit card. This experience has shown me that customer service and transparency are not priorities for this store, and its disheartening to see such practices in place.This is not how you build trust or gain returning customers. I hope my review helps others make informed decisions.

      I purchased a queen size mattress and year ago from Ashley Furniture. The mattress is sealy .My mattress at this time has sunken in on the edges and in the middle. I can sit on this mattress and it just drops to the coils.I purchased a new set because of the one I had at time was like sleeping in a water.The mattress was over 10yrs.old so it was the reason I went to get a new set.I paid over $1000 on payment plan. We I called about this mattress I was told 10/24 the warranty ran out.I was told I need to br6$150 an they would send a investigator out if it's a manufacturer complaint they will replace it with the same type or I can choose another. My thing is I thought mattresses are covered at least 10yrs. I live on a fixed income and to give up $150 for them to come out .I feel that's taking food and other expenses from me.If they feel it's not replaceable that's $150 gone.I get in the it's sunken I have to pull myself up the hill then the center is sunken. I 'm feeling like I'm in a water bed.I had a old mattress sunken in and now a new one 1yr.later the same problem.

      If there was a zero button I would choose that. I will never shop at this location again. We have had one issue after another. They have delivery of a bedroom set and the first trip they had the wrong box spring/foundation. After the left we were down in the room and noticed the chest was very wobbly. Come to find out it was because they never put helicoil in the chest so the feet were basically just in the hole where that went. There was nothing to s**** it into. Leaving it would make it dangerous for any children that would go in that room because the chest could have easily toppled over. We called and nothing has been done. I called again today and all they do is open a ticket. In the meantime that room cannot be used. (This is for my grandchildren) I spoke to a manager and they were supposed to take care of it. I was willing to even take the piece on display but was told by the manager that they did not have any delivery drivers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE. If you have any issues they will not take care of it.

      Bought a$1,695 duel recliner with a protective plan. They both kept bouncing me back & forth the protective plan sent out someone to look @ it knew immediately that I should be sent a new one as the left side chair is so uneven that whomever sits on it leans toward the right. After many hours and phone calls the higher up of Ashley said I would have to pay $150.00 to have seat replaced I told them no way and protect all gave us our money back we r in our middle 80s and bought this in good faith hopefully you can help us chair was purchased Jan of 24 and a month later reported problem this has been going on since February of 24

      I purchased a mattress and was told I could exchange for $100 in 30 days if I dont like it. When I tried to exchange it, I was told by the salesman that he made a mistake and did not add protection plan (which was requested). He said the protection plan was required to exchange the mattress. He said he made a mistake and I have to pay $100 plus $500 to exchange mattress. In addition, I could only exchange for same type of mattress I have. I called Ashley corporate and they informed me that I was misinformed by the salesman and store manager. Corporate said Ashley has a policy and you must pay $100 plus 15% of the mattress price if you want to exchange for another mattress. No one in the Ashley organization will assist with my exchange even though the salesman misinformed me and gave incorrect store policy.

      I have been getting the run around for over a week. I purchased a sofa bed and an ottomon but the order number was written down wrong and I received the wrong. I refused delivery and I'm not waiting for the cancelation. I just want the furniture canceled with no hidden charges so I can enjoy the holidays.

      The sales process was excellent. They adjusted prices to meet the Ashley prices at Ft. *******************. The only problem was we were quoted 2-6 weeks for delivery. We made a very large purchase for our new home and needed the furniture. At the 8 week **** I stopped in and had a conversation and they arranged to have the furniture they had in the wear house delivered and the remaining when it came in. Upon delivery, we found one dining room chair chair was uneven and rocked. I spoke to them and sent a video. They ordered the replacement and delivered it two weeks later. Overall, they were helpful and pleasant to deal with.
