    This was a year ago. My problem is that the Zelle information was sent from the same business email that ******** at ***** Landscaping was emailing me from (see photo). How was it hacked on the same email? There was no fraudulent email. When I called her, she immediately said it was me and I was hacked and very defensive. 
    It doesnt matter to me at this point. I wont get my thousands of money back. If you want to remove the post its fine. Nothing was done to help me or investigate so this process was useless.

    Hello,

     

    My name is *******, I am the owner of Reccos Landscaping, in business since 2009. Today, I was checking on the BBB website and found out that my

    business have a very bad review since last year.

    How can I address this complaint? The person who wrote the review is not telling the truth. She was scammed, she sent money to someone else

    and shes trying to blame it on us. Shes the ONLY person that has ever had a problem like that with us.

    I told her she would need to leave a deposit, but gave her directions to WAIT for an invoice before making the deposit. We always do that to keep our records organized.

    I believe someone who hacked her email sent her a message to make the deposit using a fake email (not ours) and she sent the money to them using ZELLE. We never received the deposit.

    Even ZELLE warns people to be sure before making transfers.

    She was very upset on the phone. She would not listen. I tried warning her that she could still be hacked, to be careful.

    I told her to call her bank. I even sent her a message a few days after that to check if she was able to do something about the scam.
