    Arundel Amusements, which does business as Bingo World, is the operator of BetRivers Maryland, which is a mobile sportsbook. Since approximately October 21, 2023, BetRivers has restricted my ability to place ****** and limited the amount of money that I may place on the vast majority of my ******. I have contacted ********* support, both via their in-app chat and email, on numerous occasions asking why my wagering is being restricted and what I can do to resolve this issue. ********* has never provided me with any details as to what is causing my ****** to be restricted and keeps citing some unnamed third-party sportsbook provider as the responsible party. I have requested the name of this provider, along with how to contact them, and BetRivers has repeatedly refused to provide it. I would be happy to forward my chat transcripts and email exchanges. I need your assistance in getting details as to why my ****** are being limited and restricted, along with anything that I can do to resolve any issues. Additionally, its not like Im trying to place overly large ******. I have less than $2,000 in my account and would simply like to be able to wager any funds in my account as I please.

    Arundel Amusements, **** dba Bingo World does hold both a Mobile Sports Wagering License and a Retail Sports Wagering Facility License. However, the Sports Wagering Facility Operator License and Online Sports Wagering Operator License are held by *********** / ***********************,who manage the operation of the Bet Rivers website and App, which includes all mobile betting.  I have passed along this complaint to contacts with Bet ****** / *********** / *********** Interactive.  List of Sports Wagering Licenses from **************** website is attached.

    Arundel Amusements, **** dba Bingo World does not have access to any of this customers wagering activity or attempted wagering activity, nor any Bet Rivers support inquiries, chat transcripts, or email exchanges to provide comment.

    I am rejecting this response because: when Ive contacted Bet Rivers customer support in the past, they have claimed that a third party sportsbook provider is responsible for making determinations on wagering limits. Now, their parent company, Bingo World, is also attempting to claim no responsibility. If ******* is in fact the responsibility party, I request that they address my original complaint. These multiple parties all claiming no responsibility is the very issue Ive been dealing with repeatedly.
