I am working on getting all the information together. For instance, what I have to pay extra to another company to replace  the three foot of old pipe that was connecting to the county line. The county inspector said the connection would not have passed the inspection and if something happened it would be on me to fix and replace the driveway again. I was verbally told by the other company the repair was $5,000.00 but that they included in the over $12,000.00 estimate to completely re-due the job.

We have attempted to contact Mr. ****** several times about this matter. First we made several calls to his residence to try and finish the work started.  We came with a camera to inspect the portion of sewer that was not replaced. That section was found also to be broken. We have called, texted and emailed to try and resolve this matter. Mr ****** will not respond. Although,  we disagree on the incorrect connection statement as fact we do concede that he is entitled to compensation for the clean up. We look forward to resolving this matter.

This is a picture of bad pipe that was left connected to the county line.

*** *** ******* cost $6,500.00 to fix the bad pipe and get the county inspection.

Work not completed and other issues with pictures. Electrical line was pulled out and could have easily been fixed before back filling. Patio stones were never put back, so I had to temp unstack the stones for other works cold get equipment in the house. 3 Bags of sand needed purchased. The cleanouts were never leveled with the yard. I see no house with any cleanout sticking up this high. Last, strange that one of the trees died.

I would settle for the repair amount that the company charged ($6,500.00) to be returned. This is fair considering all the other repairs that still need to be completed.

We are not apposed to negotiating a settlement with Mr. ****** but would require him to remove his negative reviews online. It would be helpful if he would contact us or our counsel directly

Added the Anne Arundel inspection for proof it was completed and passed. Also, when back filling the trench, the machine got too close to the  tree and the roots were dug up that and killed the tree. They were too close to the tree and did need to be. There was also one ton of gravel and 4 bags of sand to fix the patio stones. Last, they also left some hand tools.
