    ?station had several pumps inoperable/Jun 19, 2023 date of purchase ?after a lengthy wait-completed purchase Recd payment card billing w/2 transactions listed ?phoned station July 9 requesting manager-told that person was not there; asked about the process for refund. Told that the person who might be able to help was not on premise. I left my info; transaction date; invoice and card authorization number. Was told the person would be notified. I indicated I would bring my request and info that was just given in writing. ?June 12-request hand delivered w/conversation asking for a call that week. No call/communication during week.?called again-was told the person had not been there-I asked if the message has been relayed. Told no and employee still had letter. I asked that person be called then return a call to me asap. ?finally, a conversation w.person who should have been able to research-gave all pertinent info then texted documentation ?2nd conversation I was told that my billing statement is what the owner was requiring. Secured an form via text from our banking institution showing from duplicate billing. Asked to be contacted by franchise owner. Told that he was out of the country and there was no guarantee when/if I would be contacted.?3rd conversation was told that owner was yet requiring my bill. Explaining that the official standard banking form should suffice as bill was not available. Asked to be called/texted by owner...********. Was told if I did not hear back he may be overseas and that I should call back ?secured copy of bill; texted and requested refund check to be mailed. Was told there would be an undetermined wait for the check to be signed. ?Still wanting/waiting to hear from owner.
