    We had Burtonsville send over a tech to perform annual service on our oil furnace, water heater and AC.  We also had a problem with the furnace not working. He found the problem was a setting on the thermostat, but then said the endcone on the furnace was breaking down and he had to condemn the furnace because they did not have a replacement but I could call around to see if I could find one. He left, but took the endcone and other parts without my authorization, did not service the water heater or the AC.  I paid for this service and nothing was done. I need to parts so I can see if someone has a compatible replacement, or if I could have another one made. It's a metal part, not mechanical.
