    Starting with the employees who answer the phone they are polite and when you call for an issue they take care of it. The workers that did the work they were nice and professional and they fixed the problem. I especially like to thank ***** **** the person that came out and gave me an estimate. He came out when he said he would. When it rained and the wind was blowing hard water gushed into my house at the top of the window where it meets the drywall. I had to hold bath towels at the top of the window the whole time it was raining. This is a DR ****** home. I lived there for thirteen months before this happened. They refused to fix , they said my one year warranty was up. The reason I had a water leak was because DR ******** **** framing sub contactor didn't do the work properly . I called ten different companies some came out gave me estimates when I called them to do the work they didn't return my calls. One company wanted to remove all the siding throw it away and put all new siding on. With not knowing why I had a leak. This was crazy, I don't how a person like that could sleep at night. When they came out the house was only fourteen months old. Two companies came out and tried to fix it, that didn't work. ***** **** had the repaired fixed six days after the estimate. Of all the companies that came out ***** was the only one that cared that I had water gushing into my house. I appreciate what he did. This is the only company I will use in the future. They where great !
