    Went to DMV tint to get my windows tinted. The employee/technician who installed my tints broke my rearview mirror and cracked my windshield. To repair my windshield and rearview mirror is $315. I called to speak to the owner and the receptionist *** said the owner is not at the shop and is rarely there. Said he pops in and out. She would not give me his number said she was not allowed. Also said he would contact me but had not and she was the middle person talking. They are not helping or offering to fix my windshield and rearview they have destroyed. Also she claimed their system was down and they take cash only. This business does not sound legitimate. They damage peoples cars here and don't want to fix. Im so upset. Im struggling enough and now have to come out of my own pockets for repair is unfair.

    On September 14th 2023 I had went to the DMV Tint shop to get my Tints done, at 5PM (aprox 1-2 hours after getting my tints done) my partner got into the passenger seat and realized they had broken the bottom of my seat after sliding it all the way forward to do my tints, no one had told me so i contacted the tint shop to which they asked for a photo and i provided it.so far it has now been 6months and 1 week of back and forth with ONLY the front desk person (they refuse to provide me with direct contact of the owner since he is busy) it has been a repetitive process of me following up to get an answer from the front desk telling me the owner hasnt contacted them back either. to which i am made to wait even longer.i had brought them an estimate from my ******** dealership, to which they claimed their insurance denied since the price was too high, i allowed for them to book the fix with another dealership of their own to which the last update i got was they got the parts but now its been 2 months and they cant get me an appointment. i just want my passenger seat fixed. its dangerous for my passengers to ride with their knees touching the dash.
