i think it'S very u unprofessional to not return a customer's call when you suspect the customer may ask fo considerationon, credit, or maybe a refund as a result of dissatisfaction with an equipment check-out, service, or installation.

Approximately five weeks ago (i've misplaced the ticket, but I'm sure they'll have it), one of the smoke/CO detector--the closest to the furnace--went off at 4 am two days in a row. We called All-Pro and they sent someone over. a0fter about 20 minutes, he concluded that our smoke/CO detector was the culprit and we should replace both. As soon as we could that very day, we rep;aced them with new, out-of-the-box, combination detectors. The next morning, the new smoke/CO detector went off!! We spent nearly $300.00 unnecessarily, and we paid a service fee of $118.00 to have the tech they sent gave us unreliable (it is to us now) information.

TThe kicker is that the "office manager", or any other staff member, ever returned my many calls.

It's unfortunate that the "ltitle guy" gets ignored. i don't have a system (big dollar) going in, so i get screwed

I had scheduled an appointment for the following week with a time window of 10 am-2 pm. At approximately 2:45 pm I called the sales rep and informed her that nobody has called or shown up as of yet. The sales rep put me on hold and came back to ask for my address. She then put me on hold again to ask if this was for an estimate or service, I said service. She then said I will let the service manager know that you are still waiting. IT'S NOW 5:54 PM!
