    Initially, Chesapeake Waterproofing was very responsive. They contacted me immediately after I requested a quote, and they sent an estimator out the following day. An estimate was promised in 24 hours. After a week of no follow-up, I called and received poor costumer service as I was told to check my spam folder. After another week of no follow-up, I sent an email to the estimator who said he'd be delayed another day or 2. After another week, the estimator is ghosting me. I do not recommend wasting your time with this company.

    After getting a few estimates from a few different contractors, I found Danny from Chesapeake Waterproofing to be the most knowledgeable and easiest to work with. He followed up with me a day later and I was put on the schedule for 2 weeks out. The job took 4 days and they were extremely clean and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone.
