    First, the business requested death certificates from the Maryland Department of ***** that were incorrect. They had listed someone as a "domestic partner," who was never legally a domestic partner of my mother. When asked if the death certificates could be corrected, the employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. They lacked communication throughout the entire process, so my sister and I had to keep calling for updates or next steps, to which were responded to unprofessionally. When my sister went to drop off her incorrect copies of our mother's death certificate, the employee took them from her aggressively and made rude comments to her in response. Additionally, while my sister was dropping off her incorrect death certificate copies to be corrected on February 6, 2025, she saw an employee from this business giving additional copies of my mother's death certificate to a party that had no right to access the documents. The ************************** website to Request Death and Fetal Death Certificates states that a "Surviving relative or authorized representative of the deceased" may apply for a death certificate, of which the party that received the death certificate was not. The employees of this business never asked the party for proof of connection or right to the death certificate either. When I called today, February 7, 2025, to inquire about an estimated time or day I should plan to come in to pick up the corrected death certificates, the employee on the phone first stated she did not know, in an inpatient and rude manner. I then asked if she could make an estimate, to which she snapped at me, then went on to change the subject and said that they can release death certificates to whoever they want since it's public record and that I will now have to wait several weeks or longer for my corrected copies.

    The customer making the complaint is in fact the deceased daughter. The person in question that was listed as a domestic partner was listed as "partner" in the deceased will. Management and ownership have been in contact with the family to make the changes to the death certificate. The Division of vital records provided us with the proper steps of making the correction to the death certificates for the family to meet their approval. The family decided to contact the division of vital records and handle the matter directly with them. The certificates that were dropped off in question were picked back up by the family.

    Cremation society has refused to refund my money 950.00. I want to be buried now not cremated when I pass.
    I call and get , the check was mailed. Next week, we can only send check to Funeral home. I picked ******** ***** of VA. Beach, VA. They have not seen a dime.
    Please help me get my money refunded. This is 2 years now. I sent letters notarized. They say never get them. Their workers are never available. On vacation. Hard to reach.
