      They promised me to transport my car from ****** and they collected the money from me and never did the service thats costing me Storge and when I asked for refund they promised to do the refund but never did and stopped responding to my phone

      With reference to customers complain we would like to explain the entire situation with evidences :

      ******** (****** / ******* *******) gave us an order to transport Dodge Durango from ( *********************************** ) to ( *********, **,  ***** ) and this was on the 28th of January 2025. On the 31th January ******** was informed again that none of the driver are interested to pick up his vehicle.

      ******** then told us to pay him the amount for storage and also his fee ($175) for which customer was confirmed with and informed (01st of February 2025) that his refund request has been forwarded to the account team for processing.

      During the span of next two days customer (****** / ******* *******) accused us of being scammers and also left a review to disfigure our reputation.

      This entire conundrum was resolved on 3rd of February 2025 when he confirmed receipt of payment and agreed to have the review removed.

      Evidence to all above mentioned is attached for reference.

      I would request your esteemed organization to obliterate this hoax and to put up an exemplary model would appreciate a counter compensation in attempt to deface our organization whilst utilizing processes for personal gains.
