    We were very happy to have had E. C. Roofing install our new roof!
    I learned a lot courtesy of two previous contractors:
    - Don't let any fast-talking door-to-door shyster waste your time
    - Never sign anything before reading the agreement
    - Look for hidden costs in the contract, and get everything in writing
    - Don't show a contractor the Insurance Claim Appraisal (or let them advocate for you!)
    - Make sure that they deliver on their promises before they start the job
    - When you say “That is a little high” on the 1st estimate, doesn't mean add $300.00 on the 2nd one
    - Get at least 3 estimates, and look at all of their reviews, before deciding on your contractor
    The Owner Mike G*** came out quickly, gave an honest estimate of everything needed and their cost, and was much lower with shingles that had double the life expectancy. He spotted all of the rotted plywood, both layers of shingles that needed to be removed, and worked with me on the things I wanted done (but were not covered by my insurance claim.) They were able to schedule my roof sooner than either of the other companies, with a crew that was efficient, professional, and the craftsmanship was guaranteed. E. C. Roofing was the best choice, and I have zero regrets!

    EC Roofing replaced the siding on the front of my 32 year old townhouse. Starting with Adam and the estimate process, through the installation I cannot be more pleased. The workmanship of the final installation is very high quality. They also added little touches, like face plates behind the porch light, hose bib, and electric outlet. I whole heartedly recommend EC Roofing.
