    This for a remote alarm to be worn by my mother, ********* ******* in Greenville NC. alarm

    We told the company several times to cancel the service but their policy to disconnect was long and confusing. Just as they finaly ( about 4 days) agreed to cancel the service that she had not been using for the previous 2 weeks, the bill for the next month was tendered. They insist that we pay it even though we told them a week before the billing date that it was no longer needed or used and were were in several discussions to figue out how to cancel.
