I paid $82.34 to Alphabest for summer camp on Jul 29, 2024. I received a message through the app that my payment had failed and also that $82.34 was not the correct amount for the final week of summer camp as it was prorated with one fewer day than normal. I then proceeded to pay the correct amount of $60.92. I contacted the company to request a refund of the $82.34 when it actually was deducted from my checking account along with the $60.92. After multiple emails denying that I was charged more than once the company finally agreed to reimburse me the overpaid amount of $82.34. However, rather than reimbursing the amount they simply billed the account again for $82.34 So I now have an outstanding balance on the account. Summer camp has now ended and the account has gone inactive and yet I still have not seen the $82.34 that I overpaid this company that they agreed was an overpayment. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to various individuals through the organization and have not gotten any reply other than an automated reply that it may be a while before I get any type of response because of the excessive number of communications that are currently occurring. My last communication to them was 12 days ago although I have not received any form of response from them automated or otherwise since September 12.

This business has stolen over ***** from me personally, and at least as much from all the other families at my kids preschool. My kids are only in half day preschool which is covered by my states subsidy. Yet I am being billed for all day preschool with 0 ability to change it. I have repeatedly called & emailed and received 0 response. I don't have $***** to spare and need it back immediately.

My billing is supposed to be $33 weekly, Starting September 3rd 2024. I request for him to Sart on August 30th 2024 but they would not accept my son into before school care intill his application was approved. They charged me for that week, even though he was not allowed to attend. They are Charging me $35.50 per week for a 630 AM drop off slot and he has never been dropped off before 7am, which is what I signed him up for, the cost is $33 weekly. I set those weekly $33 payments up to automatically withdrawn from my account. When they over charged me, my bank did not process the payment/s. Then they proceed to charge me lat fees for a incorrect bill on their part. In total my charges should of been a $45 enrollment fee, which was paid, and 3 weeks at $33. I have been over charged $73. I have contacted the customer service phone number, which there is no live representative to speak with. I have emailed the customer service email with only receiving a generic response. I have email the only local representative and customer service is responding to her, but she is not giving clear answers. Just another run around situation. If I am the customer why can they not respond to me directly.

My son attends afterschool at AlphaBEST Lexington. The weekly price is $58. On half days, we pay an extra $10 for the day. On 4 day weeks we still pay the $58. We were asked to pay $58 for 2 days of care for thanksgiving. When I questioned why it wasn't prorated they told me ALL days including holidays are taken into account when creating their weekly price of $58. Regardless of the number of days of care. When I asked why we must pay extra for half days of all days are included, they stated that holidays do not count. So based on their statements - they are contradicting themselves. Either we pay $58 a week no matter what, or we pay for the number of days our child is in care. I'm asking for them to remove the $34 charge and $15 late fee remaining from the week of thanksgiving. If they will not - then I am asking for a refund for all past half days where I paid extra. Going forward - either I pay $58 a week with no extra charges OR I pay by the day and extra for half days. Please contact AlphaBEST and inform them of proper billing practices.

When my son began attending AlphaBEST in the Spring, we paid for a drop-in punch pass. My son was able to attend on the early release days for no extra fees. When I signed my son up for care, I was under the assumption that the 5 days of care I was paying for would be the agreed upon cost. Much to my shock, each time my son checks in on the early release day, I am being charged an additional 12 dollar fee. I already pay for 5 days of care when I only need 4, and the company is still charging the extra fee rather than taking the surplus and applying it for the care on Wednesday.

I signed up my son for the ********* at ******** ********** in *****, TX. I pain the application fee. I paid the first week even though my son was absent because of COVID. I paid this week on X-XX-XXXX for the week of 8-22 through 8-26. My son stayed at the aftercare yesterday Monday X-XX-XXXX so it was his first day ever. I picked him up and he looked sad and scared. I asked if something happened, but he didn't want to tell me in front of the employee. The employee said the kids "need to speak up" if something happens. She did tell me that somehow his necklace broke. My son told me another student broke his necklace and punched him on his throat. I asked the employee and she said she saw nothing. My son said the student was hitting other kids too. Now I am getting charged out of the bloom today X-XX-XXXX after I told them what happened and asked to withdraw my son. They are charging me when my son endured pain.
