    Jack did services for my family so he wasn’t a referral but more or less someone I had to go with. He’s been paid multiple times. I’ve been working to have this subplot approved and filed with the county for over 2 years now. He doesn’t tell you what you need to do. He doesn’t follow up. He just takes my checks, cashes them and then nothing ever gets submitted with the county. I’m at my whitts end with this surveyor. He shouldn’t allowed to offer these services. He’s terrible. I just want to be done with this guy so I can move on to a new surveyor. He doesn’t tell you when he changes his address after you spend money have official documents notarized and shipped. Tells you a week later when the documents are lost in translation. Still have yet to get my documents back that are lost in the mail. It’s excuse after excuse with this guy. I don’t know if he just hates me or is incompetent. I have been more than patient with this guy. 4 years later and I’m still dealing with him. He needs to retire or close his business because clearly he cannot keep up.
