      This matter is regarding the concern with what was received vs what was requested as well paid for. I reviewed the stats for HGT Kentucky Bluegrass Sod via Central Sod website. I then called and reviewed with Tina at Central Sod 'CS' on two (2) separate / different occasions speaking directly with Tina each time understanding the product.It appears within the 6300 SQFT procured there appear to be at least (1) Pallet of another type of sod. My landscaper stated in his experience "the different sod it's of a type of tall Fescue that you can clearly see the difference - that is a Fescue grass not the wanted/ordered HGT Kentucky Bluegrass Sod". I have been waiting for Central Sod view as well reply via several unanswered e-mails that has gone unanswered. I have forwarded several pictures close-up included as previously requested.
      The best that I could get on the matter initially is that the HGT Kentucky Bluegrass Sod is grown in a separate area being Ridgely, MD vs Centerville, MD location. For me that means I should only have only 6300 SQFT HGT Kentucky Bluegrass - which is not the case at all.
      I would guess if Central Sod were short filling a requested order - mixing in other types of sod would possibly complete the order? I would like to eliminate this thought / idea
      This can be used as a bad practice measure - cost savings to Central Sod using a cheaper sod mixing in with the customer order? There is no way in my mind this would be a mixture up as the two fields are 10-15 miles apart. If all the sod was cut from the Ridgley location, then all the pallets every piece/roll should be HGT Kentucky Bluegrass Sod. This is not the case - Please have CS explain this. This customer paid for HGT Kentucky Blue Grass only. 'It appears that the process of the framers at CS reviewing the matter have avoided replying for over a month period.'
      I did not request any type of Fescue. I had the original entire yard of 'fescue removed' and was in the process replacing with the HGT K

      We checked our records and confirmed that HGT was ordered and delivered.



      We emailed the customer and asked for a closer picture of the grass to confirm the species on Sep 12 2022 and did not receive a response. Please email a closer picture so that we can address this. Thanks!
