  I'm September I hired Lowes to remove an existing fence that was damaged in a hailstorm and replace it with a new aluminum fence. Lowes was paid $10,000.17 to complete this project. T&L Fence Company *********** ** was sub contracted by ****** to complete this job. The materials were delivered to our home and several weeks later T&L Fence showed up. I was not notified that they would be working on the project and was not home. After returning home I noticed the job was done and went to inspect it. I noticed that they used dry sakrete to fill the holes were the fence post were placed. No wet no water was added to cure and set these like it supposed to. Both gates were out of alignment already and would not close or open properly. Several sections of the fence had settled and very noticeable. The job was quoted to need 36 80lb bags of sakrete and 42 were delivered. I had 25 80lbs bags left in my workshop and 6 were busted leaking into my shop floor. I immediately contacted Lowes and was assured they would be in touch with me and T&L Fence to make this right and have it corrected. Several weeks passed and no response from either. I made several calls to ****** again. Finally they got in touch with the fence company and someone was going to meet me at my house to view the fence. The owner of the fence company showed up and immediately had a chip on his shoulder. When all said and done he advised me that Lowes always sends to much concrete, the fence was installed using dry concrete mix no water and that's the way he always does it and had no explanation for why the fence was out of alignment and the gate issues. These fence post need to be installed in a wet concrete mix so it sets in a short period of time and not rely on the rain to come eventually and wet it so it will set. It's been a week and no response from ****** as to a fix for this. I've called and I get no answer as to why and when. My next step is to have my payment reversed and seek legal help
