    I purchase Shutters from ***** ********* Blinds etc on April 2, 2025 I gave him a deposit of $1,927.00 which he told me about two- three weeks for delivery. It has been 2 months and I have called him email him & text him several times a week with no reponse until now. He told us that the shutters were to arrive June 3rd & installed on June 5th which is not happening since he finally told us that it will be another 2weeks but I had to call numberous time for him to respond to me.He has poor customer *********** told him I just want my deposit refunded.

    We purchased and ***** ********* installed solar powered shades, and some non solar shades on all windows in our new home. About a year later, well within the warranty and stated life span of the solar cell, the largest shade covering the main light source (sliding glass doors) stopped functioning. Last September I contacted him and he promised to ship the small part out ASAP. It didnt arrive as promised, or during the next 6 mo - I gave him a nearby alternate address for delivery. Before I returned, I reached out 2 more times, and he apologized and send he would send it. Then when it Still didnt arrive he said it had been sent. Still no part. Now he just doesnt respond- not even to my request to at least ID the part that is needed. See the attached textscreenshots.

    On 12/10/24 ***** came to my home to provide choices for a blind installation. I made my selections and gave him a 50% deposit which was $1825. He told me that he would be back last week of January to install. I started reaching out on 1/17/25 to get a delivery date. Since then, I have reached out 9 times with either no response or that hes checking on the order. On 2/10 he said he would have an install date by 11am the following day and I havent heard from him since.

    I have concerns about his timeline. On February 12th, he said he would send me a refund check. Now, he is saying it wont be sent until March 10th. His inconsistent timelines leave me with little confidence that I will be receiving a refund check.

    Ordered a set of 5 window shades on Jan 26th, 2024 and paid 50% of the amount = $385.
    The business owner is Jason Wolfenden.
    3 of the shades were delivered and installed. No update on the remaining two.
    I reached out to Jason Wolfenden multiple times and last I heard from Jason was on April 12th that he will stop by to give us the refund. He stopped answering my calls after that, my calls go straight to voice mail and I didn't get a reply to my email either.
