      August 25th my camper was inspected at this business. An employee at the business backed my camper into a vehicle and did $3500 with of damage. Owner advised to get a quote which I did. I’ve called multiple times with no resolution. The owner always states I’ll get back to you. Last I heard in Dec was he was reaching out to his insurance company. He has never reached out with any insurance details.

      we talked to her in December she gave us estimate of repairs we have contacted our insurance company she was asked to schedule camper for repairs she later told us she was thinking about not repairing camper

      she would just rather have the money .our insurance company and any other does not work that way our insurance will cover the repairs if repaired by licensed repair shop

      I am rejecting this response because:


      The details provided by the shop in response to my complaint are not accurate at all.
      Initially, I was advised by the shop to get an estimate and it would be taken care of. I sent the estimate to them in October. I called many times in November with no response I then called again in December to to determine what their plan of action was going to be. They asked me if I had gotten the repairs completed. I said no I do not have the money to get them completed. I am waiting on you to pay for the damages. They advise me that they would contact their insurance company and their insurance company would be reaching out to me. I have not heard from anyone. The only contact I have had is from the many repetitive calls I have made to the business . I advised I was unsure if I would just take the depreciation value and get rid of my camper in lieu of getting. The depreciated value would take into account the damages that they created and paid for. I would like to see the claim that was initiated by the business owner. I would also like the insurance information so I can speak to them directly about the occurrence. Sincerely,

      Faulty bearing installed due to no grease was used.
      They were willing to refund d the so-called faulty part money that I refused because it was faulty labor. They said they come pre greased when the note in the parts box says important information. Bearing must be greased before installing

      we worked on truck 05/03/22 we installed center support bearing and u joint in drive shaft customer
      came in with part failure in october and demanded full refund our material and workman ship warranty is
      covered nation wide by goodyear for 24 months and or
      24,000 miles his claim was faulty labor by no greasing
      bearing the failure wold have been earlier than 5 month if it was not greased the fact of the matter we had simple part failure that would have been covered if we were made aware of problem we did offer full refund for part failure 160.99 plus tax
      on part he brought in but he refused refund
