    I ordered the Buffalo sub and there was no cheese or onions on it just chicken Buffalo sauce and blue cheese

    Bethany is a long time customer, and just like all of our customers we never want to upset and not make things right. Is there an order number to provide for the day of the order? We don't have a single order for the phone number provided in the system let alone on July 12th. A certain name it was put under? We are a very easy company, all you have to do is call the store back and we would fix any issue, but we never received a call, let alone even a customer complaint through the Dominos website that you can go to as well. There was one carryout order with a few items on the order with a sandwich, if she could give me that name or even what else was also in this order I would be happy to refund the $8.47 after tax for the sandwich. Just hard to tell if thats the order or she ordered a different day then the 12th and this is just the day the complaint came through. I hope she gives us a chance again in the future, and if there are ever any issues in the future please just contact the GM Ashley or the AM Michael, they would both fix it right then and there, this also gives us a chance to correct it quickly and a training lesson for the staff. Looking forward to hearing back and making this right for *******!
