On March 3, 2024 at 4:16pm I placed an online order for delivery from Milano's Pizza. The original receipt with the order number 56 is broken down as follows :
    Menu items - $26.74
    Tip - $5.66
    Delivery - $5.00
    Surcharge - $1.00
    Tax - $1.60
    Savings - $6.69
    Paid - $40
Then on March 5th, today, at 1:28am I received an alert that shows an additional "Tip" was added to my transaction and now my total shows $43. I called the business and got the run around. A manager finally called me back only to at first claim no extra charges had been made. Then when I made it known I had receipts to prove they added the extra charge two days later in the middle of the night they said the additional charge was an extra delivery fee. This is not the first time this has happened and not only to me. Something is not right. False advertisement on delivery charges for one but to add charges to a transaction without my prior knowledge or authorization? The manager, Amir (spelling) also denied refund saying how even if he did authorize a refund $3 wasn't going far. Then when I said this wasn't right the manager said for me to call the owner and hung up on me. I do not feel comfortable knowing they can just add extra charges to my order days later and sincerely would appreciate any assistance in ensuring this doesn't happen again to anyone from their establishment. A refund of at least the $3 they stole from my account would be nice but the salad also had rotten lettuce and was not edible with dried out chicken but for every complaint my husband said their pasta was decent...but they are shady and the customer service is questionable to who is hiding what in there. Proof of this order in question and the very last one prior to show they add extra $3 charges days after you order.
