    I received an invoice from LaMotte this am in my email stating they had shipped a chemistry set to me. I never ordered this set. It says they charged a credit card and shipped it ***** ground. I spoke with LaMotte several months ago about this chemistry set, but didn't order it. In fact, I told the lady I'd never order this kit due to the exorbitant shipping *******, this invoice I get this morning says the order date was 4/1/24. That may have been the date I spoke with them. I don't remember the exact date I sp9ke with her.The invoice states my customer number is ******, my PO number is STEVE41, the order number is ****** and the invoice number is ******. It also says "Ref : sstinnett". Maybe that's the person who entered the order.The total of the invoice is $419.00.

    The shipment was intercepted by the shipping company and returned to us. The order was cancelled, and the customer was never charged. This customer was notified, and this matter is now considered closed.
