    "Small, disadvantaged, minority-owned firm that specializes in product solutions for the Government and Private Sector." This company ordered tens of thousands of dollars of products from us on a PO delivered to a federal prison in February 2022. We had the product delivered as agreed in less than 30 days. After much frustration and aggravation, we received two payments totaling about fifty percent of the balance due - one amount in June and one in July 2022. We have attempted to collect the remaining balance to no avail on multiple occasions. It's been nine months, and we are not receiving any communication or effort to pay period.
