So, I had been with Geico since 2011 when I bought my first car. Along the line, about six years ago, I added my husband to my policy. On 8/2/24, he texted me that he'd removed me from my policy without any warning. Geico confirmed that when I called them, which to me sounded strange and unprofessional without them making a three way call before removing me from my account. I felt discriminated on top of them being negligence. If anyone should have left that policy, it sould have been the other person. I felted forced to get another account when I was not ready to. This needs to be fixed legally and I encourage my call to Geico on said date reviewed.

I was set up in auto pay from Geico car insurance for the last 4 years, however in March and April 2024 auto pay didn't go thru for payment . In May for reinstatement fee the same insurance information that worked February 29, 2024 is the same information all the way thru May 2024 .I was told cancellation happen because the date on my card. I was also told I gave the wrong card number information which I did use the same information for **** I talked to supervisors, they told me to send in documentation from US Bank and I did prove that the money was there for all of them months.Every agent I talk to stated that we send you out of cancellation and a deadline. I never received it. I don't stay there where they mailed the letter so if my car wasn't stolen May 4th I would have never known about it. I feel I need help or legal representation with this matter. The claims department sent me to the service department and the service department sends me back to claims All *********** claims no help however, June the 8th thru auto pay they will be collecting payment. A theif still have the Jeep and I have no rental.

I have been a customer for more than a decade. I was sent an email with updated premiums. I opted to online chat to ask why my rates were going up. The customer service rep was very helpful and informed me that overall the cost of insuring vehicles had increased. She assessed my plan and recommended I take a defensive driving course through SafetyServe for $12.50 and it would give a good discount on my premiums. I paid for the course, took it, and passed. The same day, I received an updated premium that was even more than before.

I again contacted a customer service rep. She informed me that they had reran my insurance credit score and it resulted in an even higher premium. My credit score is well over 800 and had just increased in the last week. I asked for the issue to be escalated and it is still not resolved at this point.

I would not purchase any SafetyServe courses and I will be looking for a new auto insurance company.

I was still financing my car which they were aware of and they switched me from full coverage to basic. It was negligence on their behalf and they are not training their reps properly

New car owner purchasing insurance. Was going over my insurance with my mother and she was wondering why my bill was high after already paying a month. Over 25, no at fault car accidents. She found that my car was insured for a business and that they put on there that id drive 20k miles a year. They asked you about work and I told them i work from home. So i called geico and i spoke with a niyoshi on 04/26 around 7pm. I told her the situation and she advised she would escalate to a supervisor and have the call reviewed and if and once reviewed to confirm what was said or not i would be credited or not. 7:22 pm i was advised I would receive a call back within an hour. No call back happened.
I called this morning around 8am and spoke with an alana and she just made a quick decision and said no after reviewing the policy and advising me its now changed when Im the one who had to go in and make the change myself because I didnt know any better & if my mother didnt catch it, they would’ve been charging me more for as long as they wanted. As the consumer, they shouldve very well broke things down & had me understand WHY theyd do that if i told them and the dealership I work from home.. & they had to see the proof of paperwork and stubs for that. After telling her i was expecting a call that never happened & that previous call would be reviewed. Requested her supervisor Nick & now theyre saying the sales call wasnt recorded, however the 2nd call w/ niyoshi was & I was under the impression that if that call was reviewed & everything was aligned with what I said i would get a credit for the 1st month of overpaying for Geico robbing me an extra $56-$100 dollars or so. Again, first time buying a car & first time getting my own insurance & this is for sure a company that will take advantage of you! I have proof I work from home, why on earth would I be putting 20k miles on my car being remote & have it insured under a business?
