    Got a re-occurring subscription for their product (every 3 months for $50.37). My last shipment was on 10/29/23. I emailed them requesting to cancel my subscription for the future on 11/8/23. No response received. Followed up again on 11/15, 11.28, 3 times directly through their site contact us page, and finally on 12/13/23. No response to any email (tried contacting different email addresses found on their site) or inquiry.

    I've generally been very happy w/the Somnifix product and customer service. I've had a subscription for their mouth strips. I tried to change the date of my next shipment, but that is no longer possible on their website because the button doesn't work. I've emailed them and they don't respond. There is no phone number to call. What's up with this company??? It's a great product and the subscription service has been great -- till now. I have an auto-ship set up but don't trust they'll fulfill it after reading the other complaints and seeing the "F" BBB rating. Would like to be able to continue purchasing.

    Hello, 

    After doing more research on the situation with Somnifix, I see that many consumers have had a similar experience to me. No response to emails, no phone number. They seem to have simply disappeared. I'm supposed to have a subscription order sent on 11/26/23 but have removed my bank info, as I don't trust that they will actually ship the product. What other actions can consumers take in such a situation besides filing a complaint?

    The product did not work like I thought. I tried to get information to return. They don't answer the phone the voice mail is full. I've sent emails. They are a scam outfit is what I think. ?? d like my money back.

    I ordered from Somnifix and the only choice was reoccurring automatically with the option to cancel anytime. I have tried to cancel and the item (mouth strips) was still sent. They have not responded to my emails. When I try to callI get voiced mail or message that the mail box is full and never a response.

    On June 18, 2022 I placed an order for the mouth strips and paid $42.47. I received the product and tried it for over two weeks, however it did not work as advertised. Their website states that they offer a 30-day money back guarantee. I contacted them well before my 30-days were up and received an email confirming that they were cancelling my subscription and then another email on July 18, 2022 that they have "issued a refund" for my full purchase price of $42.47. When I did not see the refund on my credit card statement, I reached out to them to inquire about the timing. Knowing many companies were inundated with customer service emails due to the pandemic, I allowed ample time for them to respond. I have followed up multiple times now using their online "contact us" form and sending emails directly to [email protected] and [email protected] (which was who the refund email was from). I have followed up with them now for months with absolutely NO response. In contacting Visa, I learned that they are unable to refund the purchase due to the limited time window they have from when the merchant states they are refunding the money. Seems to me that it is obviously a loophole that this company has found to keep your money and you as the consumer have no way to get your money back. Obviously, they have some shady business practices.
