    I hired David ******* to do landscaping around my house. He provided me with a quote and asked for 50% up front. On Aug 10th I sent a payment of $1,150 via Zelle to David *******. I was told it would be about a week or so before he could start. On Aug 19th, I texted him and asked him when he would be able to start and he said Monday 22 Aug. He showed up for about 1 hour and weed wacked and said he would be in and out during the day. He left and didn't come back that day. Tuesday 23 Aug, he never showed up. I called him on Wed 24 Aug and asked him what was going on and he said he was having a tire problem and would be over in a few hours (this was around 9am), he never showed up. I texted him on Thursday a few times with no response. On Friday 26 Aug, I called him around 11 and her answered and said he was leaving the dump and on his way. We decided to give him a chance since he showed up. He dropped off his worker around 12ish and he left for a hour or so. He came back and I told him that I need communication and someone to show up.. He apologized and said he was waiting on his worker to get back from vacation. He said he was planning on being here until 430 and that he would work Monday 29 Aug and be done by Tuesday 30 Aug. He never showed up on Monday and didn't answer my call, and threw me to voice mail when I called the second time which was full. He also never returned my texts. On Tuesday I called around 9am and he answered and said he was on his way, I told him I was not happy with him and wanted my money returned by the end of the day. He told me he would get me a check. I texted him back right away and told him to zelle me back my funds since that is the way he received them. I have sent him several text since then with no response. At this point I want a full refund of $1,150.00.
