5 starsWe had a small repair with our soffit. **** Polk came out within a couple days, looked at the problem and repaired it. He is professional and an honest contractor. Thank you, ****! We are so happy to have it repaired before a bird built its nest in the soffit.

5 starsBoth of my experiences working with **** were top notch. He responded in a timely manner and checked out the issue. He was able to correct the first problem that same day. For the second issue, he assessed the problem and said he'd recommend a ***** to repair it. However, he noticed an issue with the gutter and repaired that right then and there. He did give me the name and number of a *****. It's great to know that if you have an issue and call **** he does respond and tries to help.Polk Contracting Inc.

Not only does he provide a high quality product at a fair price, his immediate follow up in response to even very minor issues is extraordinary.

5 starsVery satisfied with Polk Contracting. Shortly after our initial discussion concerning roofing options, Jack arrived on site to check out the scope of the job. Things went smoothly from there. The work was done efficiently and with attention to detail from start to finish, including clean-up. Based on Jack's recommendations and my own research, the quality of this brand of shingles is top notch. Jack was great to work with, a professional and a real people person.
