    On November 21, 2024 I ordered 4 tall garage cabinets totalling $2,049.99. They immediately deducted that amount from my checking account, which they continuously deny, stating that they only deduct when an order is shipped. After placing my order, they turned right around and cancelled it due to delivery issues. They stated that I would just need to order the cabinets from another company....YET THEY HAVE MY MONEY, so it's not possible until I'm refunded it!

    Customer placed order and then said she needed inside delivery (white glove service) a phone call ten minutes before driver shows up, and other special delivery requests.  Per our shipping policies listed on our website we don't offer these type of delivery services so unfortunately we had to cancel her order.  We don't capture the funds of anyone when an order is placed and only do that once the order ships.  We do get an authorization from their  card provider to make sure they have the funds available before shipping however.  This customer is confused and doesn't understand the difference between an authorization and an actual credit card capture (charge).  We asked her to call her credit card provider to have them explain it to her how authorizations work and to find out when they will remove the authorization we canceled but it appears she did not do so.  Attached photo shows our cancellation of her order and the authorization obtained for it.  We have no control over how long her credit card provider takes to release the authorization once canceled as that is up to them.  The picture she provided shows this authorization as "Pending" and not completed which means it hasn't gone through.

    They lied about holding my money hostage, stating that "They only charge when the items are shipped". I was unable to purchase from another company due to the fact that my bank account was "processing $2,049.99" for this company and was not available to me.
