    Horrific customer service. Delayed processing of order, delayed shipment of order, delayed stated delivery timeframe (ETA date changed 3 times.) I was sent an email from Tactical Wholesalers requesting information pertaining to my receiving the product I ordered. When I responded, a very rude and abusive staff member, all via email, indicated everything is ok with the order, and I'm making a bid deal out of nothing. Very disrespectful, very condescending, very incompetent. I will never order anything from them again, for they do not know the meaning of quality customer service.

    Sorry Cary, but you are a posting a misleading review. We received your order on Dec 29, 2022 - 11:32:23 PM EST. We require 1-2 business days to pack and ship. This was shipped out on Monday Jan 2 via FedEx ground. You called and e-mailed us on Jan 8. and said your package was delayed. We looked at the tracking and FedEx said it was delayed 1 day for unknown reason. We said if it got lost we could make a claim or refund. But with 1 day delay there is nothing we can do on a ground shipment. You got upset and started to request to speak to the "CEO". We decided to ignore that and followed up on Jan 10 stating the package looks to be delivered. We never heard anything more. Now you post this 1 star review which shows your character as a poor customer. We have over 10,000+ 5 star reviews and we try our best to provide the best prices and ship fast. We are not FedEx and we cannot control a 1 day delay. I think customers in general will see what you are trying to do here and appreciate us as a company.
