    This company steals from the decease. My mother was cremated on December 8, 2023. I requested the clothes my mother wore to be returned. This conversation took place on four different occasions to only be told later when asking about the beautiful outfit that adorned my mother was not available because of short notice, requesting that the clothes be returned. I spoke with Glenda F****** the owner in person, during the arrangement for the services, via text and at the family viewing. Glenda F****** has not returned any on my correspondence regarding this matter. Stealing from the decease is wrong however I'm sure I'm not the first one who has experienced this unscrupulous behavior. I see that this company is not a member of the BBB but I hope you have some way of letting them know that a complaint has been made. Not only did I lose my mother but the only thing I had left of her too cherish.
