    Had the misfortune of buying a new build where Metcalfe did the hvac work. It's been only a few years and we now have multiple condensation/refrigerant pipes leaking, requiring extensive patch/replacement work. The company we called to do the replacement was shocked to find that Metcalfe used copper pipes instead of the more robust and suitable vinyl pipes. My husband who has worked in the **** industry for decades (sales side) noted that this was an extremely poor job done as multiple leaks like this in less than 5 years is unheard. Clearly a company who skimps on installation and/or material. Shame on them.
