    My car was towed to a impound lot after an accident, The impound lot was not close to where I live, so, I paid the fees with a credit card and send a photo of my driver's license. I asked for the receipt to be put in the car when the driver come to pick up the car, I did not get a receipt. When I asked for a receipt, the owner hung up the phone, I would like to get a receipt. Without a receipt I cannot be refunded for the impound fees.

    My car was towed because of dead tags. The fee is supposed to be ******. I was told the extra fee was for having dead tags. They went in my car and broke my lock by doing so. My vehicle makes a noise when turning and does not ride the same. I was forced to cash app a random driver with a ski mask on his face and was denied a receipt when I picked up my car. I was told I would have to come between the hours of 9-5 which I did my next available day off. When I git there I was giving the run around being told the owner was not there and that they wouldn't give me his information. I have called over ten times and the owner has yet to return my call.

    My sister has just moved into ****************, and we were unaware that you had to have your tag number on the visitor pass. On May 1, 2024, my car was towed by *** Towing which was a Wednesday night. We called the number for the *** and was told that it was $175.00 to pick the vehicle up or $275 for him to bring the vehicle back. We caught an uber to the *** Towing and was greeted by a tow truck driver, I gave him my vehicle information and he asked for my ID. I gave him $180.00 in cash, and he stated that he did not have change. I asked him to cash app me my change, he stated he did not have cash app. I said OK, I can follow you to the store to get my change, he made a phone call and someone who I now see is listed as the owner *************************** sent me $5.00 via cash app. So, my sister walked to the back of this house with this guy and retrieved my vehicle. Once I got into my vehicle, I noticed that the oil light came on but then it went back off. I work from home and really don't drive during the week, so on Friday I get in my vehicle and the oil light comes on and goes off several times. On Saturday I have the mechanic look at my car to change the oil and that is when discovered that the oil pan cover and oil pan itself had been damaged. I called the number for *** towing and asked for the Owner or Manager and was told by the guy that answered the phone that he did not know who owned the company, he just drives for it. I was told to email the pictures to ********************************* and someone would contact me. I called *** of Bowie parts department, and the oil pan cost is $211.00, and the labor is $300.00. I am requesting the *** Towing pay for the damages to my vehicle in the amount $600.00 total. Please see the pictures attached.

    No price was given to me before home only after my car was towed him was i given an outrageous price for a 5 minute drive. Worker was very unprofessional & so is the entire staff, making up prices because they are money hungry & added extra fees, but have none of it in writing & the price i was asked to pay didnt add up with the fees they were telling me, got smart over the phone, tow driver was rude, threatened to take my car to the impound lot & did even though they were wrong
