    My RV is presently in for repair and no one @ RV Protect is returning calls to either my repair shop, or myself. My shop has called twice over the past ***************************************************************************************************************************** '23. I have called 4 times but the calls just go into their VM where I also left messages. I also left a message with the operator, but just like the prompt for claims/cancellations, it goes into VM. They are totally avoiding calling people back that are awaiting their review for repairs to their RV and I can't help but think this is by design. The 1st call to them was on 7/1 and as 7/11, neither the shop or myself has had the courtesy of a reply of any sort from them. I mean, just how much longer can I expect to wait? How much longer will the shop want to keep my RV on their lot? As it is summer and RV Protect is holding my RV hostage so-to-speak, I should not have to pay the entire repair bill in order to get my RV back so I can continue with summer vacations, but I see no choice if they don't answer soon. I hope you can find a way to contact them and get them to reply. It would be much appreciated.

    We have been in contact with the repair facility and Mrs. *********** Attached are the calls logs reflecting the calls to both the customer and the repair facility.  As of today, 07/11/2025, we are still waiting for the repair facility to send the estimate.  When that is received the claim will be reviewed and approved or denied as necessary.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.   Although they are re-reviewing the denied estimate, they have been in contact with me, which is what the desired result was.

    I purchased a service contract on a used 5th wheel on 10/28/2023 for $4,879.00. On May 15, 2024 I cancelled this agreement and requested a refund. *** contacted the ** dealership Chesaco **, ********** (provider of the service agreement contract, and **************, the administrator of the agreement. Instructions for cancellation I followed and sent everything to **** ****** at ******* ** of ********** MD who said he passed everything on to ** Protect. Later, I was told ** Protect had not received my request. I called ** Protect on 06/25/2024 and was told my refund is being processed and that I could expect to receive something with a week to 10 days. And here it is over a month and I have received nothing. I filed a complaint with the ******************************** of consumer protection but they havent even assigned a case manager to my case.

    My RV is in for repair, my RV dealer has called this company 8 times in 2 *********** will not respond, I have called them at least 10 times with no response. I paid $2500 for this contract. They are totally avoiding calling people back that needs repair to there RV. I wasted all this money for absolutely nothing. We have a trip scheduled for next week & the repairs need to be taken care of before than. Please help with this.

    We need this company to submit a two line letter/email to our gap insurance so we are able to receive the money needed to pay off our rv balance after it was totaled. They are unwilling to do this for us even though we purchased their warranty. We were supposed to receive a call back from the manager and they have yet to call us back. We are stuck with a 1,500 balance thanks to them. All we need is a simple letter from them which we requested and they were rude and unwilling to help at all. So disappointed. These warranties and gap insurance appear to be a waste of money and time when your actually do have a problem. They certainly wanted our business/money but now are leaving us high and dry. Be careful with the warranties and gap insurance you are purchasing. We are now going on month 6 of dealing with this problem. Just not right at all.

    In November of 2022 we filed a claim for warranty repair on our RV. We followed and completed everything RV protect requested, had the work done and submitted all paperwork they requested on January 15th. The email kept being rejected and on January 27th I finally reached someone in their office and she stated their email had been down. I resubmitted all the requested information to receive payment. I received an email response stating they would send a payment of $625 but requested what address to send to. I responded immediately. As of today, March 7th, I have yet to receive payment. I have called and emailed on numerous occasions and have not received any response or have I been able to speak to anyone. I have left numerous messages over they last 3 weeks and have received no response. It’s been over 5 weeks and have not received any payment or answered any of my calls.
