      I ordered a ring for my engagement from *********** through a third party seller. The ring was advertised as real white gold but has started changing color and looks like brass with overlay. This has been ongoing for months and I reached out to ******* and the third party seller all with no resolve. The company said there was a 6 month warranty that was to expire in April. I had been reaching out to ******* long before then. This ring shouldnt be tarnishing or changing color if it was real gold. The company told me to take the ring to a local jeweler and have them fix it but if it not real gold not sure what they could do besides offer for me to buy a real gold ring from them at my own expense. The third party jeweler seems to be a scam and they sell fake jewelry which is heartbreaking. The company says its called **************** under jeen jewelers. I have read many complaints on this company with my research and I only want to return the ring for a full refund so that I may purchase from a local jewelry store that sells real gold. The ring in the ad is much shinier and the diamonds sparkle. This ring never looked like that since I got it. It always looked dull. ******* has said they escalated my concerns but never get back to me. The company phone number has a man answering that doesnt even know his own company email to send concerns to. It all seems fake and scam. The caller doesnt even announce the company when picking up. Sounds just like a regular phone call and not a business.

      Ordered item from ******* Marketplace on December 31, 2022 and received January 5, 2023. Emailed business January 14, 2023 to exchange/return as product does not fit. Business offered a different size. Emailed business on January 31, 2023 to return as the larger size wouldn't work. I was offered a solution - ship it back for resizing and use a ring guard. I emailed on February 11, 2023 and refused the resizing/ring guard and stated I wanted to return the ring. Jeen Jewels then informed me that the order was past the returns allowed period. On February 23, 2023 I emailed and told them their response was unacceptable. I stated it says on their paperwork, "If for any reason you wish to return the item, please note that all our items come with a "No Questions Asked" return/refund policy." It instructs the buyer to email you and, "... we will follow up with the details and start the return/refund process." I attempted to return to ******* but was informed this purchase cannot be returned in the store, and I would be required to contact the seller.
