    I patronized this business on 6/7/2024 for fingerprints. The stated price was $65 and I was charged $67. The fingerprints were rejected due to the provider, ***************************, using a duplicate tracking number from the previous month. The provider did not attempt to resolve this issue even though they were informed. When my professional board notified me that there were no results in the ***** I contacted ****************** on 7/15/24 and he accused me of providing the wrong information and then assured me that the fingerprints were in the system and then hung up in my face. I called Livescan customer service who advised that the fingerprints were never processed. I attempted to reach the provider multiple times but he has me on DND or blocked.
